A bushfire has broken out near Licola, in the Alpine National Park.
The fire is burning 20 kilometres north-east of the town, about one kilometre from the McMillans walking track and chalet.
Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) ground crews, machinery and aircraft have been deployed to help fight the fire.
