Medtronic rose $.26 or .6 percent, to $43.37.
St. Jude Medical Inc. rose $.09 or .2 percent, to $37.26.
Stryker rose $1.52 or 2.7 percent, to $58.49.
Zimmer Holdings Inc. rose $1.56 or 2.3 percent, to $70.85.
