A man and a woman have been treated in hospital for stab wounds after allegedly attacking each other in a domestic incident in Adelaide.
Police said the 29-year-old woman suffered stab wounds to the lower leg and the 22-year-old man had a stab wound to the hand after the incident at suburban Woodville Gardens early on Monday.
No charges have been laid.
