NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top education companies were up at the close of trading:
Apollo Group rose $.60 or 2.8 percent, to $21.78.
Career Education Corp. rose $.01 or .1 percent, to $3.50.
DeVry rose $.77 or 3.2 percent, to $24.59.
Strayer Education Inc. rose $1.82 or 3.2 percent, to $58.77.
