STORYLINE:

(From KGO-TV):

Two people die and a third is badly injured in San Francisco after a driver suspected in a shooting tries to escape police but crashes into another car blocks away. The accident pushes another vehicle into a store.

Surveillance video from inside the convenience store in the Mission District shows an employee moving away from the door moments before a white car slams into the building, narrowly missing him. The car with two people inside had just been broadsided by a black Chevy. The driver of that Chevy was running away from police. Authorities say officers stopped the driver several blocks away because they suspected he had fired some shots inside a public housing complex.
