Amgen Inc. rose $.47 or .6 percent, to $85.71.
Biogen Idec rose $.31 or .2 percent, to $146.36.
Celgene Corp. rose $.34 or .4 percent, to $78.07.
Gilead Sciences Inc. rose $.64 or .9 percent, to $73.02.
