NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Arbor Realty Trust : Approximately 38,500 shares changed hands, a 80.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .3 percent to $6.07.

Assisted Living : Approximately 21,200 shares changed hands, a 84.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or .6 percent to $9.40.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 21,800 shares changed hands, a 88.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.17 or .6 percent to $27.78.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. class B : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 85.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.11 or .7 percent to $15.88.
