In our minds, there should be improvement happening. At whatever level you may assess the team or the talent, as you go through a season, you see teams get better. Sometimes, they're not very good teams and they get better. Sometimes, they're they best teams in the league. It was concerning to us that that wasn't happening and it left us feeling like the best thing to do was to make a change.

And I think that whether you agree with the decision or not, that that's an important message for our fans to hear. It may be one of the things that we feel will make a difference as we go forward. We're going to demand over everybody, especially and starting with ourselves, that we be successful and if we're not, we're going to do what we need to to get there.
