A man has been shot in western Sydney, the fourth shooting there in just two weeks.
Police were called to the scene of the shooting at Reilleys Road in Winston Hills on Sunday night.
When they arrived they found the 27-year-old man, who had been shot.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
A crime scene has been set up and police are searching for the gunman.
The Nine Network reports that the man was shot multiple times in the arm and thigh.
It also reports the mans' mother was at home at the time of the shooting and was injured by shattered glass.
