VOICE-OVER SCRIPT:

AN OKLAHOMA FAMILY DECIDED TO GO ALL OUT FOR HALLOWEEN THIS YEAR --

CREATING DECORATIONS THAT LOOK LIKE A MAN HAS BEEN RUN OVER BY A TRUCK --

AND ANOTHER STRUCK BY A GARAGE DOOR.

SOUNDBITE (English) Johnnie Mullins, owns home with decorations:

"Trying to scare people that's what i like to do."

THE DECORATIONS -- COMPLETE WITH SPLATTERED RED PAINT FOR BLOOD --

HAS DRAWN GAWKERS AND SOME CONCERN.

AT LEAST ONE WOMAN CALLED 911 TO REPORT A MAN'S HEAD HAD BEEN SHUT INTO THE GARAGE DOOR.

EMERGENCY PERSONNEL RESPONDED AND REALIZED IT WAS A DUMMY.

SOUNDBITE (English) Johnnie Mullins, owns home with decorations:

"Mustang city inspector showed up and said there was nothing- no law broke- just keep up the good work."

SOUNDBITE (English) Rebecca Fuentes, Lives in neighborhood:

"It infuriated me because so many kids go up and down that block- and if think it's real..i can only imagine what a child would think."

JENNIFER MULLINS SAYS SHE GOT THE IDEA FOR THE DECORATIONS ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA SITE PINTEREST.

SHE SAYS HALLOWEEN HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FAVORITE HOLIDAY FOR HER, HER HUSBAND AND THEIR TWO GIRLS.

SHE EXPECTED THE DISPLAY WOULD RAISE EYEBROWS, THOUGH NOT AS MANY AS IT HAS.
