Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, took part in a soccer skills session in the garden of his grandmother's house on Monday (October 7).

The Prince, wearing long tracksuit trousers rather than shorts, took part in various training exercises to improve his technique in passing and dribbling. He joined other players, including former England, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Manchester United forward Michael Owen.

The day of soccer at the Palace was organized to pay tribute to amateur soccer's "grassroots heroes" and was organized by the Football Association as part of its 150th anniversary celebrations.
