There are more concerns about the rollout of the National Broadband Network in Tasmania.
Digital Tasmania is worried about delays connecting fibre optic cables on power poles.
The group's spokesman Andrew Connor says it follows concerns relating to the removal of asbestos in Telstra pits.
"In the last couple of weeks there were stories about Aurora refusing to connect additional fibre optic cables to their poles, citing wind loading concerns, and they've had 10 years experience putting fibre optic cables in their poles, you'd think with due diligence we should be part of that and that shouldn't be hindering the NBN rollout any further," he said.
Aurora says there was a delay for a week or so but that has been resolved and work will resume today.
