A man is set to face a Sydney court after he became the second person charged over the shooting murder of a Lone Wolf Bikie in broad daylight last year.
Neal Todorovski, 37, died from multiple gunshot wounds in January 2012 after he and two friends were involved in a confrontation with another man outside a unit in Sans Souci, in Sydney's south.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with being an accessory before and after the murder of Mr Todorovski.
He was refused bail to appear at Central Local Court on Wednesday.
Tarek Abdallah, 26, is currently before the courts after pleading not guilty to murdering Mr Todorovski and shooting at his friend John Leger with intent to murder.
It is alleged Abdallah fired a number of shots, shooting Mr Todorovski in the head, before leaving the scene.
