VOICE-OVER SCRIPT:

EGYPT'S TOP PROSECUTOR HAS REFERRED OUSTED PRESIDENT MOHAMMED MORSI TO TRIAL.

MORSI IS EXPECTED TO BE TRIED IN A CRIMINAL COURT FOR ALLGEDLY INCITING HIS SUPPORTERS TO KILL AT LEAST TEN PEOPLE, AS WELL AS USING VIOLENCE AND UNLAWFULLY DETAINING AND TORTURING PROTESTERS.

THE CASE STEMS FROM LAST DECEMBER, WHEN HUGE CROWDS FILLED THE STREETS OF CAIRO WHILE MORSI ISSUED A DECREE TO PROTECT HIS DECISIONS FROM JUDICIAL OVERSIGHT.

IT'S EXPECTED THAT FOURTEEN OTHER MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD WILL BE TRIED WITH MORSI, INCLUDING HIS AIDES AND LEADING POLITICAL PARTY MEMBERS.

THE EGYPTIAN MILITARY FORCED MORSI OUT OF OFFICE ON JULY THIRD, AFTER MILLIONS OF PROTESTERS DEMANDED HE STEP DOWN.

HE'S BEEN HELD INCOMMUNICADO EVER SINCE.
