A 21-year-old man has died after being thrown from the back of a ute when it flipped at a property in regional NSW.
A 33-year-old man was driving the utility in a paddock by Taralga Road, north of Goulburn, at about 9.30pm (AEST) on Thursday.
Two others, aged 22 and 21, rode in the tray while a 21-year-old man was in the vehicle's cabin.
Police said the ute overturned and the two men in the tray were hurled from the vehicle, the 21-year-old suffering serious injuries and later dying.
There were no other injuries, said police, who will prepare a report for the coroner.
The 33-year-old driver has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at the Goulburn Local Court on September 25.
