LA PUNT, Switzerland (AP) — Rui Costa of Portugal won the seventh stage of the Tour de Suisse in a late sprint Friday, while Mathias Frank retained the overall lead.

Costa was part of a four-man group that pulled away towards the end of the 206 kilometer (128-mile) stage, which included four rated climbs and a 30-kilometer (18-mile) ascent.

Costa outsprinted Bauke Mollema and Tejay van Garderen at the finish.

BMC Racing's Frank kept his overall lead, 13 seconds in front of Movistar's Costa. Roman Kreuziger of Saxo-Tinkoff is third overall, 23 seconds behind.
