SHOT LIST

AP Entertainment

Mountain View, California, 31 May 2013

1. SOUNDBITE (English) Owen Wilson/Actor, on Google campus: "I remember when we came up here to visit and just kind of walking around and it seeming so different from how I imagined a work environment to be. It really was just kind of: Everyone's just walking around and kind of seemed happy and smiling, and it's like, wow I guess you can get work done. Because you have this idea that to get work done it's got to be kind of grim and punch the clock, but no, that's not the case."

2. SOUNDBITE (English) Vince Vaughn/Actor, on Google campus: "But it looked like Sandals, like Club Med, like an all-inclusive resort. You don't pay for the food, there's nap pods, you can take a swim, yoga class maybe if it fancies you. They're riding bikes around, so it felt like this is the place to kind of go to."

3. SOUNDBITE (English) Owen Wilson/Actor, on Google campus: "It infused the set: In one way, it was kind of hard to find Vince when we were here, because if he wasn't out sunning himself over there, then he was at the volleyball courts or he had just taken a bike ride."

Vince Vaughn/Actor: "Or perhaps some Indian food was calling. It didn't make a difference what it was. Look, I think it's a fun environment, but having free food 100 feet away at all times is a double-edged sword."

Wilson: "You can say that again."

Vaughn: "Hello!"

4. SOUNDBITE (English) Josh Gad/Actor, on Google campus: "This is actually our second time here. We shot here and it's immensely cool every time."

Jessica Szohr/Actress: "Yeah it's kind of weird. You're walking around. We were just putting the Google Glasses on. I don't even understand how they come up with some of that stuff."

Max Minghella/Actor: "Oh I missed that. Missed that. I wasn't invited to that little foray."

Gad: "They're not giving them to foreigners yet, Max."

Minghella: "Oh, OK. I've got to bring my green card."

Szohr: "But it's insane. When I read the script, I was like, there's no way there's a real place on Earth that exists like this. And it does. And it's even more exciting when you're here and get to play and see everything. It's insane."

5. SOUNDBITE (English) Josh Gad/Actor, on Google campus: "The amazing thing about this place is how unbelievably welcoming it is. You come here and it's literally Disneyland for adults. So everywhere you go, there's no sense of stress. There's no sense of corporate America. You just come and have fun at your job. A lot of people don't know this but most of the employees here are animatronics."

6. SOUNDBITE (English) Max Minghella/Actor, on Google campus: "Yeah, you get to live on this campus all of the time and not pay taxes. Is that true?"

Josh Gad/Actor: "Sign me up."

Jessica Szohr/Actress: "Probably. Probably."

Minghella: "That would be worth it alone to me. It seems like a good place to work."

'INTERNSHIP' CAST TALK WONDERS OF GOOGLE CAMPUS

In the new movie "The Internship," the Google campus might as well be the Emerald City from "The Wizard of Oz" - a colorful place where all the food is free and gadgets loom around every corner.

Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson star in the film about fired salesmen who get hired as interns at Google. They returned to the tech giant's campus in Northern California for the movie's junket.

"I remember when we came up here to visit and just kind of walking around and it seeming so different from how I imagined a work environment to be," Wilson said. "It really was just kind of: Everyone's just walking around and kind of seemed happy and smiling, and it's like, wow I guess you can get work done. Because you have this idea that to get work done it's got to be kind of grim and punch the clock, but no, that's not the case."

Vaughn said the work environment looked like a vacation environment.

"It looked like Sandals, like Club Med, like an all-inclusive resort. You don't pay for the food, there's nap pods, you can take a swim, yoga class maybe if it fancies you. They're riding bikes around, so it felt like this is the place to kind of go to," Vaughn said.

Wilson said Vaughn wandered off around the campus during the shoot to the volleyball courts or bike paths.

"Or perhaps some Indian food was calling. It didn't make a difference what it was. Look, I think it's a fun environment, but having free food 100 feet away at all times is a double-edged sword," Vaughn joked.

Much of the movie was actualy filmed at Georgia Tech and other parts of the Atlanta area.
