President Barack Obama has paid tribute at a Veterans Day ceremony at Arlington Memorial Cemetery. He says the wreath he laid at Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery is intended to "remember every service member who has ever worn our nation's uniform."

Fire officials in Indianapolis are investigating the cause of massive explosion last night. About three dozen homes were damaged or destroyed and two people were killed.

Seven people were taken to a hospital with injuries.

A strong earthquake of magnitude-6.8 struck northern Myanmar on Sunday. It collapsed a bridge and a gold mine. The quake also damaged several old Buddhist pagodas.

as many as 12 people are feared dead.

A world champion free diver amazed spectators at France's largest aquarium by swimming with sharks. Pierre Frolla said he had been afraid of sharks in the past and it was only by regularly swimming with them he was able to overcome his fear.
