THE THREE CLEVELAND BROTHERS SUSPECTED OF KIDNAPPING THREE WOMEN AND HOLDING THEM HOSTAGE FOR A DECADE COULD APPEAR IN COURT AS EARLY AS WEDNESDAY MORNING.

ARIEL, PEDRO AND ONIL CASTRO WERE ARRESTED ON MONDAY, AFTER AMANDA BERRY, MICHELLE KNIGHT AND GINA DEJESUS WENT FREE.

CITY OFFICIALS SAY THERE'S NO RECORD OF ANYONE CALLING ABOUT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN ARIEL CASTRO'S HOME.

SOME NEIGHBORS HAVE SAID POLICE WERE CALLED TO THE HOME AT LEAST TWICE.

SOUNDBITE: Israel Lugo/Neighbor: "They pounded on the door like 15, 20 times, they were her

about maybe five, six minutes, like the family was there, but they pounded

on the door, pounded and pounded, nobody answered, they left."

SOUNDBITE: Juan Perez/Neighbor "No red flags, even now thinking back, I mean, he loved

kids."

SOUNDBITE: Juan Perez/Neighbor "Three years ago, we heard a scream, very loud scream, we

made a police report, but we didn't know where it came from."

TRACK-2

SOME NEIGHBORS SAY ARIEL CASTRO HANDED OUT FLIERS AND ATTENDED VIGILS WHEN DEJESUS DISAPPEARED IN 2004, AND THAT HE SEEMED JUST AS UPSET AS EVERYONE ELSE IN THE COMMUNITY.
