A bus driver and two passengers have been taken to hospital after a bus crashed into a stobie pole in Adelaide's north.
The crash happened on Wandana Avenue in Gilles Plains about 8:30am.
The driver was trapped by his feet and had to be cut from the vehicle but only suffered minor injuries.
Inspector Matt Nairn says the two passengers and the driver were taken to hospital as a precaution.
"The bus driver has been entrapped by the feet. Thankfully he doesn't have serious injuries and within the bus were two female passengers," he said.
"All three have gone to hospital for a check up and no one is in a serious condition.
"We do not know the cause of the actual accident except we can say the vehicle has left the roadway and collided with the stobie pole," he said.
"This bus contains CCTV footage within it and which the police officers will examine to determine or assist to determine what the cause of the accident was."
Traffic will be restricted to one lane for the rest of the day.
