A man accused of a dramatic Brisbane payroll heist more than 20 years ago has briefly appeared in court.
Raymond John Gibson, 48, was finally nabbed this week.
Police never gave up on finding the last of three masked gunmen who robbed a Coopers Plains concrete firm of its entire payroll in September 1989.
Two other men were arrested at the time of the crime.
Gibson faced the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with robbery with actual violence while armed and in company.
No details of the alleged heist, including the amount stolen, were read out in court.
Gibson made no application for bail and his case was adjourned until May 6.
