NEW YORK (AP) — Toys R Us is recalling approximately 9,000 Imaginarium Activity walkers due to a potential choking hazard.

The toy company said Wednesday that the small bolt and spacer that attaches each front wheel to the walker can detach, creating the possible hazard.

No injuries have been reported. There have been five reports of the front wheels detaching.

The walkers have a round wooden push handle on the top of a curved triangle-shaped wooden walker base with four wheels. There is a multicolored metal xylophone with two triangle mallets, one multicolored abacus and one scratch noise maker on the front of the walker. The walkers, which have multicolored wooden, disc-shaped wheels, are about 19 inches tall and 13 inches wide.

Model number "Toys 'R' Us 5F5E972" is on the bottom of the walker, and barcode number "3700217300319" is printed on the bottom of the box it was packaged in.

The walkers were sold at Toys R Us stores and on its website from August 2011 through January 2013 for about $30.

Consumers should immediately stop using the walkers and return them to a Toys R Us store for a full refund or store credit.
