Seven teenage boys allegedly posing as police officers were arrested after pulling over an off-duty policewoman on a Victorian highway.
Seven youths, aged between 16 and 18, were arrested in Traralgon, eastern Victoria, after they allegedly tried to pull over the officer on Friday and then block her in on the Princes Freeway.
The off-duty policewoman said she was stopped by a car with flashing red and blue lights.
She became suspicious of the car and attempted to drive off, but was blocked in by a second car.
When the woman identified herself as a police officer, both cars drove off.
Local police later arrested seven teenage boys, interviewed them over allegedly impersonating a police officer and released them pending summons.
