CapLease boosts quarterly dividend by 3 percent

NEW YORK (AP) — Real estate investment trust CapLease is raising its quarterly dividend by 3 percent to 7.75 cents per share.

This is the third consecutive quarter with a dividend increase, the New York company said.

CapLease Inc. said Monday that the dividend increase will start with the first-quarter dividend. That dividend will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record on April 4.

Its shares finished at $6.17 on Friday. They have traded in a 52-week range of $3.85 to $6.23.
