Four people have been taken to hospital after an elderly man drove into a group of people at Sydney Airport.
The 77-year-old male driver was retrieving his parking ticket at the Domestic Terminal shortly after 9pm (AEDT) on Friday, when his foot slipped and he pushed the accelerator, police said.
The man then allegedly turned his station wagon to avoid a barricade and hit five people standing in the car park.
Four people were taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries such as cuts and abrasions.
Police said the driver is assisting officers with their inquiries.
