A teenage girl is in a critical condition, and two other teens are injured, after a crash involving a stolen car in Bundaberg.

The stolen car and another vehicle collided in the southeast Queensland city about 10.30pm (AEST) on Thursday night.

The girl, 16, has been flown to the Royal Brisbane Hospital in critical condition.

Two other teenage girls, aged 17 and 15, suffered injuries that are not life threatening.

Police are searching for a male who allegedly fled the crash scene. Officers say the car the group was in was stolen in Brisbane earlier this week.

The driver and sole occupant of the second car was not hurt.
