The vote had been scheduled for Friday but has been pushed back to Monday.
The legislation would also redefine what a person is, but only for the purposes of holding a beer distributing license. As proposed, "person" would be expanded to include corporations, associations, trusts, firms, partnerships and companies.
Currently the details of all beer distributor licenses are public record. That would not change, except for licenses granted to trusts. Some of the details of trusts that apply for a license would not be public record and would not be subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
