THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED BLIZZARD WARNINGS AND WATCHES FOR KANSAS, RUNNING THROUGH LATE MONDAY.

SNOWFALL COULD TOP A FOOT IN PARTS OF THAT STATE, FOLLOWING THE FOOT-OR-MORE OF SNOW THAT FELL LATE LAST WEEK.
