The husband of missing Gold Coast woman Novy Chardon is expected to be formally interviewed by detectives this week over the disappearance of his wife.
John Chardon, 65, returned from Indonesia yesterday with the couple's two children, nearly three weeks after his wife disappeared.
His lawyers are preparing him for an interview with Gold Coast investigators this week.
His 34-year-old wife left her Upper Coomera home on February 6.
She was last seen in the drive-through of a fast food restaurant, also in Upper Coomera, that day.
Police say she has not touched her bank accounts or contacted family since, but there have been a number of reported sightings of a woman fitting Ms Chardon's description.
Her blue Volvo four-wheel-drive was found near the Nerang railway station five days after she was last seen.
