Emeli Sande was named best British female artist and won the album of the year prize at this year's Brit Awards.

Mumford & Sons were named best British group, while Adele got Best British single for Bond tune "Skyfall."

American artists Frank Ocean and Lana Del Rey were among the international winners at the ceremony, while Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift both performed.

Mike Tyson is suing a financial services firm, affiliated with Live Nation, for embezzlement and mismanagement.

The lawsuit filed claims an adviser from the company embezzled more than $300,000 from the former boxing champ, which cost him more than 5 million dollars.

The suit claims these losses interfered with Tyson and his wife emerging from bankruptcy.

Shia LaBeouf is pulling the plug on his Broadway debut.

The actor had been slated to appear opposite Alec Baldwin in "Orphans," but has pulled out "due to creative differences."

Producers are now looking for a replacement.
