Buswell wants defamation documents suppressed

Lawyers for Treasurer Troy Buswell have asked a judge to grant an order preventing his former girlfriend from releasing legal documents to the media when they are eventually tendered in court.
Mr Buswell is suing Fremantle MP Adele Carles for defamation over claims she made about his behaviour in a newspaper.
He is due to set out the details of his case on Monday but his lawyers are requesting those details remain private.
Supreme Court Justice Rene Le Miere has reserved his decision.
