The woman at the centre of the Peel Health Campus inquiry has reportedly been arrested in Victoria.

Police sources have told the ABC Ashton Foley, 40, was arrested at Lakes Entrance, east of Melbourne earlier today.

It is understood the arrest was related to a community-based order issued by a Victorian court.

The former chief operating officer of the Peel Health Campus at Mandurah claimed doctors at the hospital made tens of thousands of dollars by unnecessarily admitting patients.
