The proposed Tamar Valley pulp mill has been included in the Tasmanian Government's latest campaign for investment opportunities.

The online campaign uses satellite imagery to map development projects in the state.

It details almost $13 billion worth of investment that is either underway, under consideration or likely to proceed.

The Economic Development Minister, David O'Byrne, hopes it will send a strong message to board rooms around the world.

"Tasmania is a good place to invest and there are plenty of opportunities," he said.

The stalled Gunns pulp mill is included in more than $5 billion worth of projects under construction.

The Liberals Peter Gutwein said it is farcical.

"What he's doing is attempting to con Tasmanians," he said.

The future of the mill is still to be decided after Gunns went into receivership last September.
