Both the Perth and McIver train stations are closed on Saturday and Sunday as construction on the Perth City Link project takes place.
Transperth says the main impact will be felt on the Armadale to Thornlie and Midland train lines, which are terminating at Claisebrook Station.
Shuttle buses are running between Claisebrook and Perth, and between Thornlie and Cannington.
The City Link project is forecast to finish in 2014.
