A Sydney bikie has been charged over the discovery of a military-style Uzi sub-machine gun.

The Uzi with about 15 rounds was seized in a police raid on a business at Campbelltown on Friday.

Officers say they also seized 40 rounds of 9mm bullets, cannabis, a computer hard drive and a mobile phone.

A member of the Rebels gang was arrested at his home at Minto this morning.

A police search of a Minto address earlier this month also turned up some cannabis, a ski boat and trailer and prescription medication.

The 33-year-old is being kept behind bars to face court on firearms charges this afternoon.
