Police say they are extremely concerned about the welfare of a 23-year-old woman who vanished from the New South Wales central coast mid last year.
Leisl Smith, 23, left her Wallarah home in her car about 1pm on Sunday, August 19 2012, and never returned home.
Police have been unable to find her, but say her mobile phone was used in the days immediately after she went missing.
Her car was found abandoned at the Tuggerah Lakes Railway Station on September 26.
Tuggerah Lakes Crime Manager, Detective Inspector David Waddell, said the disappearance was being treated as suspicious.
"Leisl's disappearance is out of character and both her family and police are extremely concerned for her welfare," he said in a statement.
"If anyone has information about the whereabouts of Leisl Smith, or who may have seen her since she went missing, then we would like to hear from you."
He said police had serious concerns for Ms Smith's welfare.
