A Brisbane lawyer has accused a teenage girl of making up sexual assault allegations against his client.

Max Sica, 42, has pleaded not guilty in the District Court to more than 20 child sex offences.

It is alleged he began a sexual relationship in 2004 with a then nine-year-old girl.

Sica has previously been convicted of the triple murders of the Singh siblings and is before Michael Shanahan for a judge-only trial.

His alleged victim has testified via a pre-recorded interview.

Sica's lawyer Sam Di Carlo has suggested to her that she is making up the allegations against Sica.

In response, the distressed teenager says "no" and that Sica abused her "everywhere" in his parents' home except in his own bedroom.

The trial continues.
