Former Gunns boss John Gay did not appear in court today.

Case against former Gunns boss adjourned

The insider trading case against the former chairman of Gunns has been adjourned.

John Gay has pleaded not guilty to two counts of insider trading in 2009 when he allegedly sold 3.4 million Gunns shares shortly before the their value dropped.

Gay did not appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court today and the case has been adjourned until May.
