Alleged wife killer to stay in psychiatric ward
A man accused of murdering his elderly wife in the state's mid-north has been granted bail to reside at a psychiatric hospital.
Daniel Dunn, 83, allegedly killed his 86-year-old wife at Gladstone in late December.
The Adelaide Magistrates Court heard Dunn was admitted to the Glenside psychiatric hospital after his arrest and is mentally unfit.
He was granted a $5000 bail agreement to live at a secure unit at the facility and the case was adjourned until next month.
