A man apprehended by Taye Diggs following a break in at his home Sunday has been charged with felony burglary.

Diggs and his wife found the man in their garage after returning from the Screen Actors Guild Awards, where Diggs was a presenter.

Hassan Omar Juma faces up to six years in prison if convicted.

Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti are calling it quits after eleven years of marriage.

A spokeswoman for Judd confirmed a report from People magazine saying that the actress and race car driver are separating.

In a statement Judd says that the pair will "always be family" and will continue to cherish their relationship based on love, integrity and respect.

Ke$ha is lending her wild life to reality TV.

The pop star will debut a documentary series, "Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life," on MTV in April.

The footage includes recording and travelling over the last two years and was shot by her brother.
