A 17-year-old boy is recovering in hospital after being doused in liquid and set alight in Adelaide.

Fire attack victim remains in induced coma

A 17-year-old boy who was doused in fuel and set alight in Adelaide's north is now in a serious but stable condition in hospital.

Luke Coburn remains in an induced coma and has had extensive skin grafts.

He was rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with burns to his face, neck, arms and hands after being set alight in a garage at Munno Para West on Sunday night.

Police are searching for two males responsible for the attack.
