A 21-year-old man will face court for allegedly filming up the skirts of women at a shopping mall in the NSW Illawarra region.

Police say the man was captured on CCTV on October 15 last year using his mobile phone to film up the skirts of three women at the Wollongong shopping centre.

He was caught doing it again to another woman at the same mall four days later.

The 21-year-old man from Dapto was arrested and charged on Wednesday.

He will appear at Wollongong Local Court on February 12.
