A man linked to the Bandidos outlaw motorcycle gang has appeared in Goulburn Local Court charged with growing an estimated $4 million worth of cannabis.

In November last year, police found more than 2,000 cannabis plants growing in a shed on a rural property between Goulburn and Canberra.

Joshua Jack Clarke, 25, was arrested and charged with operating drug premises as well as cultivating a large quantity of drugs for sale.

Today he appeared dressed in prison greens via video link from Long Bay Jail.

Clarke remained silent throughout the proceedings and finally thanked the Magistrate for his time.

The court heard prosecutors were waiting on crucial fingerprint evidence and they were granted an adjournment for a month.

Clarke did not apply for bail and it was formally refused.
