''200,000 people have suddenly come in to Lebanon and they are in the poorest areas and also scattered so it is very difficult for UNICEF, UNHCR, to address all of the problems and the medical problems are real issues too because they can't get treatment and many of the women I just spoke to you know they had family members who needed medical attention and they didn't know how to go about it, they did not have any money to pay. They have to pay rent to the host families and they don't have that money, so it is really really hard.''
