Print PageThe man charged with murdering South East man Navarone Hutchins has made his first appearance in an Adelaide court.
The body of 23-year-old Mr Hutchins was found on a dirt track about five kilometres outside Keith last Tuesday during a search of the area.
Jordan Lee Campbell, 20, who is also from Keith, was arrested at Robinvale in Victoria on Wednesday night.
Campbell appeared in the Mildura Magistrates' Court on Thursday where South Australia police applied for his extradition.
That request was granted on Friday and Campbell was transported to Adelaide later that day.
Campbell, who was photographed on his wedding day alongside Mr Hutchins, looked relaxed in his brief appearance in the Adelaide Magistrates' Court this afternoon.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear in court again in March.
